DEPOSITS AND FEES:
- Non-Refundable Security Fee: $250.00 to cover carpet and drape/blind cleaning.
- Refundable Security Deposit: $1000.00
- Additional Rent: Pets: $35.00 Per Month For One Pet, $25.00 for Each Additional, Maximum three pets.
- Application Deposit: $250.00. If your application is accepted, this deposit becomes the non-refundable fee. If your application is denied, the $250.00 will be returned to you.
NOTE:
- The tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance.
- A maximum of three operational cars is allowed.
- Maximum of 2 people per bedroom.
- ALL Pets are required to be licensed and vaccinated. A picture of each pet will be required.
